Meet Chaka A.I. Ali
I'm a systems builder at heart. For over 25 years, I've worked across financial services, life insurance, real estate, mortgages, and digital operations ~ helping leaders move from scattered ideas to stable, scalable structures.
I'm an Air Force veteran in Logistics & Operations, and the founder of A.L.I. Creative Solutions, Wealth Builders Insurance Agency, and Youth Today Leaders Tomorrow. I also serve as Fractional Director of Operations for We Are One Charlotte, where I help align mission, people, and processes so impact can grow without burnout.
Outside of boardrooms and strategy sessions, you'll find me coaching youth basketball, teaching financial literacy, and walking alongside families and entrepreneurs who want more than a quick win ~ they want generational stability and legacy.
My recent journey includes navigating a sudden layoff, rebuilding, and launching multiple businesses while staying anchored in faith and service. That season deepened my conviction: stability isn't an accident; it’s the outcome of aligned purpose, strategy, and systems.
